Refund policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items do not have a warranty and can not be returned or refunded
- Speakers
- Passive Subwoofers
- Active subwoofers
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty items
There is a 1 year warranty on amplifiers and head units if they have been installed by an authorised installer. In the event of a warranty claim, we will need proof that it was installed by an authorised installer.
Refunds
We do not process refunds, only warranty exchanges, warranty claims, exchanges or store credit.
